I must say prepping these POWER SOUPS ahead of time makes healthy eating very EASY! It takes a bit of time to set up the initial supply, but once you get into a rhythm of making soups. You'll have nutrition in your hands at all times! All you'll need to do is add some protein, healthy fat, and/or whatever you want! You can also add more vegetables for a more POWERFUL nutrient punch!
So.....get to souping, packing, & storing till needed!
