Move Your Way! How are you moving? Another PUMPFIT move! This time, I used a plates from my barbel kit! This entire kit is really nice! I like the soft plates and the slots in the center. I can create many different exercises using the barbell and/or plates alone. More to come! Can't wait!!! Please let me know if you're interested in this barbell kit. How's it going? Today's Move Your Way activity was.........a quick morning meditation walk, evening walk with hubby, and night ride with 2 of my kiddos. I didn't intend to do so much today, but....I thought it was better to walk and talk with hubby rather than sitting to talk. Once we returned from our walk, I thought it would be a little fun adventure to take my kiddos out for a night bike ride. It was fun! The breeze was FABULOUS and the adventure was precious. Hope you continue to find ways to MOVE YOUR WAY!

I been searching town for a while trying to find the right barbell kit. Something not only I could do, but something I could use to help others too!😄 So, a few weeks ago I went to @decathlonghana and found it!👏👏 👏 It’s a Body Building Kit Pump 20KG. Last night, I finally got it!👏👏👏😄😄💪
For the record, I’m not seeking to be a professional body builder, but I do like the strength training one can get from barbell training and the variety of workouts one can do with the kit. This type of training gives one another ggreat way to get lean, toned, and fit-fast! It’s now a new tool in my fitness equipment room.
Can’t wait to create the PUMPFIT workouts using it!😄👏💪
